How Can Special Thyme Catering Help Me With My Event?

We are a full service caterer. We handle your entire event from set-up to clean-up. Not only do we assit you with the food planning, we also provide highly trained professional staff including a field chef, event manager, service staff and bartenders. We will oversee every aspect of your event so you can spend with time having fun and enjoying your guest.

What Rental Options Do You Provide?

Special Thyme Cating provides all required equipment needed for food service such as buffet equipment, serving ware, and plastic ware with the purchase of catering. All rentals including glasses, plates, sliverware, an linens are available through us for an extra charge. 

What Is Your Alcohol Policy 

We are happy to help assist with the ordering and arranging for the delivery of your alcohol. By Colorado law we are prohibited from selling alcohol, thus the vender will invoice you directly. Please consult with one of our professionals for more information.

Is There A Corkage Fee?

No! We do not charge a corkage. Our Staff will be happy to uncork and serve beverages to you and your guest.

Do You Have Wedding Cakes?

No, but we will be happy to direct you to a trusted cakeing making specialist.

What Is Your Payment Policy?

We require a 25% nonrefundal depositdue with contract. The rest of payment is due the day prior to your event. Final guest counts and menu changes are due a week prior to your event. Gratuities are at the client's descretion.

Do You Charge A Service Fee?

Yes, we charge a 23% service fee with all catered events. For drop off service we charge an additional small delivery fee. This fee covers standard over head behind the scenes costs, such as support staff, equipment, insurance, ect.
