Bethany fell in love with food on her grandparents' farm in Alabama. Studied culinary arts in Omaha, Nebraska at Metropolitan Community College-Institute of Culinary Arts and transferred to Johnson & Wales University to get her joint degree of Culinary Arts and Food Service & Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She worked at various restaurants and another catering company to gain skills.
